✨5 Things I Did In DC This Weekend✨ 1. Celebrated a birthday at Hamilton's Bar & Grill in DC's East End. My friends and I loved this dive bar after intramural kickball and football games in our 20s. 2. Spent all day doing my hair, but I caught up on some TV and ate Haitian food from Bon Manje with Chef Marie Alice, a Largo, MD-based caterer. 3. Saw The Art of Care at the Atlas Performing Arts Center on H Street. The Mosaic Theater Company's production weaving the connection between art, medicine and caregiving is running until November 24. Code 20Arts for $ off. Thank you to Onose of @highvibebyonose for hosting! @mosaictheaterdc 4. Grabbed dinner with a friend at Daru in the H Street Corridor in Near Northeast. The Indian restaurant has Bib Gourmand status in the Michelin Guide. Get the lamb chops! Daru is great for groups and date night! 5. Went to the Masego concert at the Kennedy Center in Foggy Bottom. I'm so glad I got to check my favorite Jamaican saxophonist off my concert bucket list. @The Kennedy Center
