CHILD EXPLOITATION ARREST:On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at approximately 06:00 AM, the Harris County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office, Office of Constable Alan Rosen, executed a residential search warrant in the Hastings Green Subdivision in NW Harris County. The search warrant was related to a proactive online investigation conducted by the Harris County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit regarding the offense of Possession of Child Pornography. During the on-scene investigation, hundreds of videos depicting child pornography were located on a computer within the residence. The videos depicted children as young as seven years of age being sexually exploited. The resident, An Nguyen, age 32, was arrested for 2 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography, 1st Degree Felonies, and booked into the Harris County Jail. No bond has been set at this time. The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges could be filed against Nguyen at a later date. An Nguyen is employed as an Electrical Engineer for a Houston company.
