BW SQUAT TIPS ⏬ - Take a shoulder-width foot stance and point your toes out at a 45 degree angle. - Start the movement by pushing your hips back and chest up, and then break at the knees. - Keeping your heels firmly planted on the ground, push your knees as far over your toes as possible. - Stay upright as you descend so that your quads do most of the work. - Take the last 6 inches of the movement a bit slower to emphasize that stretched tension that’s so good for growth. - Pause for a split second in the full depth position (hams to calves). - Only come back up 2u002F3 of the way to lockout, then descend again.
