A woman was allegedly raped by a senior cop of Sadar police station in Gurugram. Dilbag Singh, Station house officer, was sent to police lines and later he was arrested. Singh had allegedly threatened the victim to circulate a video that he had recorded of the act. The SHO had offered her help in connection with a case. On July 10, the victim was waiting for a bus to go to Gurugram from Jind when the cop arrived in his car and offered to drop her. Later, he took her to an isolated spot and raped her inside the car.
